Orders are shipped every Tuesday and Friday through USPS. Once your package is scanned I do NOT have any control over your products.

Due to the nature of handmade skincare and personal products, all sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can make it right.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind or scent preference.

How long does shipping take?

Processing takes 3–5 business days (not including weekends or holidays).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking via email. Shipping time depends on your location and shipping method — most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and carrier. Please allow 7–21 business days for delivery outside the U.S.
