Kisses by The De — Returns & Refunds Policy

Quick Summary

  • No refunds or returns on: lip products, custom products, sale items, or gift cards (for hygiene and customization reasons).
  • Eligible items: Unused, unopened, in original condition/packaging, within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping: You’re responsible for return shipping; a $4 return-label fee is deducted from your refund.
  • How to start: Email kissesbythede@yahoo.com first—unapproved returns can’t be accepted.

 


What’s Not Returnable

To protect our customers and comply with hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:


  • Lip products (all lip oils, glosses, balms, etc.)
  • Custom-made items
  • Sale/clearance items
  • Gift cards

 

Return Window (Other Products)

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.


To be eligible, your item must be:


  • Unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by your order invoice/number

 

How to Start a Return (Approval Required)

 

  1. Email kissesbythede@yahoo.com with your order #, item(s), and reason for return.
  2. If approved, we’ll send you a QR code return label.
  3. A small $4 return label fee is deducted from your refund to cover postage and handling.

  4. Ship the item to:

Items sent back without return approval or past the 7-day window will not be accepted.

 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you the approval status.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method minus the $4 return-label fee and any shipping charges.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank/credit card to post the refund.
  • If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t seen the refund, email kissesbythede@yahoo.com.

 

Shipping Costs



  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is your responsibility; if you use our label, the $4 fee is deducted from your refund.






Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item



Please inspect your order upon delivery. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email kissesbythede@yahoo.com within 48 hours with photos of:


  • The product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label



We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit based on availability.





Exchanges



We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order for the item you want and start a return (if eligible) for the original item.





Preorders & Processing



Preorder items are charged at checkout and ship on/after the stated date. Cancellations follow the same rules as above and may be ineligible if the product falls under non-returnable categories.
