📦 How long does shipping take?

Processing takes 3–5 business days (this doesn’t include weekends or holidays).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking via email. Shipping time depends on your location and selected shipping method, but most orders arrive in 2–5 business days after they leave us.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! 🌎

International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and carrier. Please allow 7–21 business days for delivery outside the U.S.

💌 My package says delivered, but I don’t have it.

We get it — it’s frustrating.

Sometimes USPS marks packages delivered a little early. If it’s been under 24 hours, give it a bit more time. Still no sign? Send us an email at kissesbythede@yahoo.com and we’ll figure it out together.

🧾 Can I change my shipping address after placing it?

If you catch it within the first 6 hours, email us at kissesbythede@yahoo.com with your order number and correct address.

Once an order is fulfilled or shipped, address changes are no longer possible.

🔁 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because of the nature of our handmade + personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

All sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order (like damages or mistakes), reach out within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll get you taken care of!

✨ Do you offer custom orders?

 

Yes! We love creating something just for you.

Please note that custom requests take extra time and may have an additional fee — especially if it requires ingredients outside of our current production batches.

Yes, babe! Our formulas are crafted with gentle, nourishing ingredients — but as with any skincare product, we recommend a patch test first, especially if you have known sensitivities.

Every order is cutely packed with care, but if you’re sending a gift, let us know in the notes at checkout or by email.
